Top Drive Overlook North Mountain

Location: Goshen, Virginia

Project Description:

It is the construction of a 66 foot stonewall for an overlook on the Highlands Scenic Tour in the George Washington/Jefferson National Forest. After the wall is constructed crushed stone will be put in as a base making it handicapped accessible to view the overlook.
