Miller Cowpasture River Access Trail
Location: Millburo Springs VA
Project Description:
This project is for the construction of 350 LF of
box crib steps over the side of a very steep hillside to
create a safe and sustainable river access trail and for the
construction of a platform at the rivers edge and a set of heavy timber
steps to safely enter the river. This project also includes
the construction of a viewing deck at the top of the hill. Awards: This project won the 2016 Project of the Year Award at the Professional Trail Builders Conference in Knoxville Tennessee.
